The fight and action scenes seem to have a higher fps, I imagine more care went into them

no i mean

well yes i agree but i mean

between like a birds eye view of a character walking and a close up shot 

the former seems to just been animated with keyframes

but the latter and a lot like it has in betweens making the movements more smooth

and i hate it
