Everyone is triggered by something. Spiders, blood, snakes, skulls, nudity, men, literally everything can be scary to someone. But the fact of the matter is, you are going to have to deal with being face to face with your fears sometimes. It will make you more self-aware and confident to breathe it out, and accept that the computer screen wont hurt you, and cant make you hurt yourself.
