Milo is my only sister and was 21 years old. They would have been 22 in April. Milo was an amazing, wonderful, and kind-hearted person who always did their best to be strong and stubborn. They proved that over the last 48 hours.
On October 11, 2018, approximately at 7:08 AM EST, Milo was struck by a car while crossing the street at a crosswalk to catch the bus that would take them downtown. Milo was an animation student at CCAD and was catching the bus to get to class.
Due to the accident, they sustained 3 fractures to their skull, both of their hips were broken, one of their legs was broken, their face was fractured, and also suffered from a fractured neck and spinal cord injury. Milo was expected to not make it past 3 PM on October 11 but managed to hang on until this morning.
Unfortunately, Milo passed away on October 12 and I am getting to why I am here asking for your help. My family did not have life insurance for Milo and my mother has myriad of health problems on top of now dealing with the death of her child. My mother desperately wishes to bury Milo with my grandparents and my uncle but to do this we need money so we may proceed with Milo’s funeral arrangements.
I know the asking price is very steep but any donation is better than what we have which is nothing at the current moment. The police are doing a full investigation and we do not know of what kind of insurance the driver had and if they will be able to cover these costs. We do know we need money up front and soon so we may put my sister to rest.
If you can only even donate a dollar it is better than the nothing we have right now.
If Milo reaches their goal of 7,000 dollars and goes over, I will donate any remainder to the local animal shelter in Milo’s name. We have two beautiful cats Milo loved very deeply and Milo cared so much for animals, I know that is something they would have liked.
The past 48 hours have been extremely hard on my family and I am doing all that I can do to help ease my mother’s pain so she does not have to worry about the costs of burying her child. If you can assist in any way, I appreciate you.

The Number Of Dead Refugees Found Suffocated In An Abandoned Truck Was Officially Corrected To 70. The bodies were discovered on Thursday piled on top of each other in a
cargo container in a vehicle parked off the highway in Burgenland state,
already partly decomposed. It was not immediately clear how long the truck had been in the area,
where temperatures in recent days had been as high as 90 degrees.
Forensic teams were dealing with the discovery, with police initially
only being able to say the vehicle was “full of bodies.“

Please give this attention! 4 children died in there too. some EU countries are thinking of building walls around their country so the refugees can’t get in. This is a real thing going on. Refugees escape Syria only to float around on a small ass rubber boat with 100 other refugees IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DARK OCEAN. Most of the time they drown. And if they don’t drown, they TRY to find shelter in another country. Imagine you on a rubber small boat, with 100 other people in the middle of the dark ocean. You have no fucking idea if you’re going to survive but everything is better than staying in Syria.

People are getting murdered, raped, assaulted and abducted & even when they try to escape, their chance on a good life is small.

The bodies of two Tampa teenagers were discovered Thursday morning on a roadside in Duval County.
Angelia Mangum, 19, and Tjhisha Ball, 18, were found about 1 a.m., according to law enforcement. A witness told Jacksonville news station WJAX the teenagers were bound with zip ties and lying on top of one another.
“Two witnesses were driving by and they saw bodies and they called 911," Sgt. T.K. Waters told news station WJXT.
Officers were dispatched to Sisson Drive, near the intersection of Main Street North and Clark Road.
Investigators suspect foul play and are trying to determine the causes of death.
"They were in an area where they would have been noticed, so I think it was fairly recently since they’d been left there,” Waters also told WJXT.
A medical examiner has taken the bodies to determine the cause of death.
"I just don’t understand what happened,” Ball’s sister, Crystal Moore, said.
According to Moore, both women had been living in the Jacksonville area off and on for approximately a year and a half.
“I feel like sometimes that I failed,” Ball’s mother, Jerlean Moore, said. “What could I have done? What could I have taught her better? It hurts…it really hurts.”
It’s a pain that’s only worsened by the fact that no one has been caught.
