Before this, on Rosh Hashana he pulled a roof panel off when he couldn’t get past our cement reinforcement from his last holes (which he made big enough for skunks to get in, where we lost three beloved chickens).
He punctures our tires on a regular basis, to the point it is never a safe bet for us to go on the highway (which means we cannot leave our small rural city without risking our lives).
During Chanukah, he left pork by our back door - an area he had to climb barbed wire fence (which we put up because of him) to get to.
During Passover, he left a bunch of bread products in our yard - again, in an area he had to forcibly enter.
This is a tiny snapshot of life with this stalker. We just reported him to the post office for leaving trash in our mailbox and possibly stealing mail.
We are running out of food.
I am without my long-acting insulin, and already puking for it.
We will be getting two quotes on getting our brakes fixed Tuesday (and one place has already said it’ll be anywhere between $100-400), since I have multiple spinal injuries and my partner has severe, disabling hypoglycemia along with a cast of other autoimmune nightmares that they can’t get managed by a doctor until January.
We already barely eat and scavenge redeemables to buy our prescriptions. We’re already behind on our bills due to hundreds of dollars of property destruction every other month that the police insist can’t be proven, even when there’s clear-as-day fingerprints involved.

Eventually, we will be a two-income household that will be much better equipped to handle our own crises for it. Peter Dutton, Human Brussel Sprout and Minister for Immigration, floated a plan that would leave asylum seekers banned from ever entering Australia. Dutton’s idea is that this will be backdated to people who had tried entering from July 2013. This is a massive dickhead move, and despite Labor and the Greens voting against it, the bill has passed through the Lower House and into the Senate.
That is fucked. We’re going to email all the crossbench Senators who may oppose this bill, and so hold the balance of power, and let them know that this is not on.
So what we’re going to do is email all these people a nice little note letting them know that this law is appalling and unaustralian. Only email the Senators for your state, because in theory you’ll be voting for them again in three or six years.
This bill cannot pass. It flouts international law and common decency. Let’s do this.

16 year old Gynnya McMillen was found dead early Monday morning at a juvenile detention center near Elizabethtown, according to the Kentucky Justice Cabinet. A spokesperson told WDRB she couldn’t give any details, except that it happened early Monday morning, Jan. 11.
According to the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet’s statement, the girl was found unresponsive. Officials did not say where she was found and her autopsy reads that she has “no cause of death,” leaving a lot of people asking questions like how a completely healthy teenage girl was found dead without any cause?

My 16yr old sister died in custody of a detention center but they’re not giving out any info on how she was found and they’re saying her autopsy shows no cause of death. The family of the victim is saying police won’t give them any information and not a single media source is covering this story.

just completed his first round of chemotherapy and the symptoms are

friend it’s very hard to watch someone who could kick literal butt go

I have chronic pain and generalized anxiety that prevent me from working more than one day a week. Due to my severe anxiety, I have not learned to drive. My mother just had emergency surgery due to a huge infection. My aunt has been staying with us to help with her recovery. They have a rocky relationship and because of their fighting, my home has been becoming less and less livable. I’ve been doing what I can to help, I’ve been throwing myself into it and putting my own needs third for weeks, but now my aunt is starting to act manipulative and passive-aggressive and asking me to take on unreasonable tasks (”I need you to learn to drive in two weeks”) and repeatedly trying to drag me into the conflicts between them against my will, even though I’ve clearly expressed to her that I don’t want to be involved. She uses her own mental illness and her sacrifice as a bludgeon to force me to comply. It makes me anxious just to overhear them fighting. I have been running at 110% power with almost no time to recharge since the 20th of April. I am constantly on edge, I can barely sleep, my ability to care for myself is getting sloppy and I’m not sure how much longer I can go on living under 24/7 emotional warfare, and because my mother was in such bad health and she keeps hitting bumps (a stroke, a cold, more abscesses) there is no clear end in sight to this. I could potentially be living in this miasma of hostility all summer.
I feel bad for them, but they’re toxic. My mother has been insensitive, dismissive, and passive-aggressive to me for years, even through the worst of my debilitating shoulder injury and the complete mental breakdown that followed it, and now my aunt is starting to hurt me too. I feel cornered and scared. I am reaching meltdown. My mental health is getting so bad that when they return from doctor’s appointments I go into a state of denial where I repeatedly convince myself they aren’t home yet. I have started to have suicidal thoughts. My therapist has advised me to remove myself from the situation if things continue this way. They need and deserve help, yes, but it cannot come from me. I have been desperate to leave for a long time, but I was waiting for a promise of stability, and now it’s become clear that I can’t wait any longer.
I need money to make my escape. It is also likely that wherever I move to will put me out of range of my job, and I will lose it.

hello! I don’t know if anyone has already made a post about this before, but I just stumbled upon this app made specifically for when you’ve gone into a nonverbal anxiety attack!!!
it was made by Jeroen De Busser who is an autistic computer science student.
the app is really easy to use! all you do is open it and hand your phone to someone you need to communicate with during an attack but physically cannot, and it shows this cool little alert for the person to read, and then it takes them to an easy to use chat (that looks a lot like texting! except both of you are communicating using the same device).
the alert message is completely customizable and you can have it say whatever you need!
the app is called Emergency Chat and it’s available in the Apple Store and google play store.
I highly recommend it to anyone who might need it :)
