I have a fairly common condition called BPPV. Looking at certain images can trigger it, and it’s incredibly painful and nauseating.

The swirly stuff doesn’t even have to be that drastic; one time I saw a blogger’s header (this kind) and became even more achy and vomited. It’s not just swirls.
