‘Too Slow’ Vine is 6 Second Drama at its Finest

I never put much thought into the damage I was causing by offering someone a high five, only to jerk my hand away and proclaim them “too slow.” Best Vines has compiled some of the Vines from Mr. Legen Darius and what we have is 18 seconds of gripping drama depicting a broken man engulfed in turmoil for being “too slow.”
