And this was in the UK. He and his family are in their own country, their own homeland.

this is what you call prejudice, where this behavior is not based on internalized behavior in society — it is based on how the people being prejudiced were raised.

No. The fucking definition of racism is prejudice based on race. This is racism. This is not institutionalised racism, it is not by any standards a major problem in society. But it is racism. Should we be concerned about racism specifically against white people? Of course not. We should be worried about fucking racism itself, because the concept of having prejudice against someone just because of their race is fucking dumb no matter who the prejudice is aimed towards.
