• Everyone in the apartment is some type of laid-back gamer and we share games and consoles.
• We’re all very friendly and non-confrontational.
• Since we’re all going through similiar issues we often can talk to one another, but also understand what and what not to say.
• Tobacco smoking is outside only, only recreational drug-use is tolerated and only in your room as long as its okay with your roommate and doesn’t spread outside. 
• Guests are allowed with permission of entire household, same goes for sleepovers.

RENT- $450 + 35$ for parking space 

Can’t cook? no problem Jeremy or Ammy usually cooks dinner and feeds the entire apartment, groceries are communal and if you buy something for yourself just put your name on it. :)

We also have 2 dogs that are pet and people friendly.
