they’ve been trying desperately to teach a pokemon cut for the better part of the last 30 minutes and have made no progress

as hilarious as this is to watch, they as a collective player have gotten past the first two gyms and have just traded a spearow for a farfetch’d so they’re at least *almost* competent

it has taken them over 55 hours to get that far, and none of their pokémon know cut and they keep trying to use the helix fossil in battle and every time the item menu comes up they all start going USE THE HELIX FOSSIL, SAVE US HELIX FOSSIL, THROW THE HELIX FOSSIL AT IT, ALMIGHTY HELIX FOSSIL PRAISE JESUS
