white privilege is skylar vincent murphy being found with a pipe bomb in his luggage, told he could take the bomb on board if he wanted, and being allowed to board the plane just a few minutes after 

whereas a brown guy with literally a TRACE of bedbug spray on his clothes wasn’t allowed to board a plane, the authorities were notified immediately, he was interrogated, harassed, questioned about his religious beliefs, was treated like a piece of shit, forced to dish out $700 for a new ticket, had his apartment checked, and a bunch of other shit all for a trace of bedbug spray…and if you think this is ridiculous, it gets even worse

when the police actually got to murphy, his slap on the wrist was a one year probation and a $100 fine  

LET ME CLARIFY.

HE HAD A BOMB. A LEGITIMATE THREAT TO SAFETY FOR OTHER PASSENGERS. THEY STILL LET HIM ON BOARD AND THEY ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED TO TAKE THE BOMB WITH HIM LIKE FOR FUCKING REAL…LETS PLEASE CLOSE OUR EYES AND IMAGINE IF A BROWN GUY NAMED MOHAMMED HIS AGE WAS CARRYING TWEEZERS ON BOARD. HOME BOY WOULD BE ON A NO FLY LIST SO LONG IT’D BE 20 YEARS BEFORE HE COULD EVER STEP ON A PLANE AGAIN LIKE YOU KNOW IM RIGHT
