Heyyyyy how do you feel about the whole lea/Kira thing? Idk if you’ve answered another ask about this but I wanted to know your opinion. Personally, I think it’s really offending what they’re doing right now (like,,,,, they made the galra mus/lim,,,,, a religious group that has currently been under a lot of attack,,,,,,,, is the species that has mostly (with exceptions) been portrayed as the bad guys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,)

I’ve been avoiding talking about this for lots of reasons, mainly how much it bothers me and I’ve been trying to keep my blog more safe and chill lately. I don’t know everything that going on with this thing because I’ve been trying to very much avoid it, but every time I hear about it, it’s somehow more offensive and racist than the last. This post makes all these points better than I ever could, but it’s just…I can’t believe no one looked at it was like,, “hmm, even though we’re claiming to be progressive, isn’t this a perhaps a terrible thing to do??”
