well, like i said, if thats the case then we dont need to worry so much

although….setting aside any kind of upgrades the miraculous could get later to up the stakes, i suppose the question lies in how fast nooroo can eat, since its been confirmed that akuma stay active even when hawkmoth is not transformed 

(or on a darker note, whether gabriel can force nooroo to go beyond his limits, at the expense of his health, to keep using powers)

so perhaps its slower going, but in the same way marinette and adrien detransform to recharge and reuse their powers, its plenty possible that hawkmoth can do the same and build an army…so long as he can create akuma faster than ladybug and chat noir can purify them
