Don’t bother with Pai–he apparently only cares about public opinion when it agrees with him, and the rest of the time it just doesn’t count. Focus on Carr and O’Reilly if you’re going to do this, and maybe point out that the public commenting period is supposed to exist for a reason and choosing to dismiss those comments without evidence and without releasing those complaints within a reasonable timeframe is antithetical to what this process is supposed to be.

ETA: Apparently O’Reilly is probably also a lost cause, so. Focus on brendan.carr@fcc.gov
