And I’m the man who killed the Avengers.
one of Many things that fucks me up about this scene is that tony had shared this with NOBODY, like we know how the other avengers were affected by their visions. tony went through his and told NOBODY, not only that but he spent a portion of his post-vision moments making arrangements to make sure clint was ok, and then the rest of the avengers are taunted by wanda, all of them learn what this is about, and still tony told NOBODY about how the vision played into what he’d done and the way he was motivated by fear and worry and guilt etc, now everyone loves throwing this back at him like Oh It’s His Fault For Not Knowing How To Function In A Team Unit, but the SECOND fury told tony he cared, THAT VERY SECOND, tony unloaded EVERYTHING, and one of the worst parts is that bit:, ‘i never told them. how could i?’, ‘i saw them all dead; felt it; because of me’, in the vision steve is the one that holds him responsible, like, he genuinely believed he couldn’t tell the avengers about his vision, because he saw them all dead and it was his fault, he literally believed he would be blamed for the contents of the vision, tony stark, mcu, and yet ALL IT TOOK, for tony to spill the beans, WAS SOMEBODY, TELLING HIM, HE CARES, jfc after finding out about what wanda does; after knowing she deliberately hulk’d bruce out and launched him into civilians, fury is THE ONLY ONE who approaches tony about it lmao wtf is the mcu team building honestly, (via @knightinironarmor)
