What do you think about how ruby says she remembers the big sword but bismuth said specifically that rose's sword could not shatter gems? Do you have any theories for this?

i like the theory that rose used the sword in battle, but didn’t use it to shatter pink diamond. i think she used the sword to poof pink diamond and then was holding her gem as prisoner, and then in a battle with white diamond, she used pink diamond’s gem to protect herself from a devastating attack. i still think only a diamond could shatter a diamond, so white diamond indirectly shattered pink diamond while trying to attack rose. i think thats exactly what is happening in this mural:
