I swear to god the next person I see making a post saying how Disney didn’t let a gay couple in Gravity Falls because “we can’t show children that” or “gay is bad” or anything like that I’m gonna personally hunt down and smack. 

 Disney had a gay couple on a tv show once. The couple had a child even. It was adorable.

 You wanna know what happened?

Adults were sending death threats to a child who was only about 5 or so for playing the roll of the daughter of a same-sex couple. 

 I don’t blame Disney for being extremely cautious after that.
