Dead bodies in Islam are so respected -no matter what religion/race…etc they were-, it’s forbidden to torture the dead body nor insult it. A funeral passed by Prophet Mohammed and he stood up out of respect for it. people around him told him: “It is a Jew.” The Prophet said: “Was not he a soul?”
