man i dont know?? some people shush other people like its no big deal (and im talking like full on ‘SHUUSHH’ with no apology or whatever). and im not talking about assholes, im talking nice people who wouldnt be intentionally mean? and its so hard not to get offended because from my perspective on shushing its like ive been interrupted rudely

like even if someone is talking over someone else or is being too loud (which i do sometimes, too, i admit, no denying) i almost whisper ‘shhhh’ and either go like ‘sorry’ and explain why i did it or look super apologetic because i feel like even then ive been super rude
