• Marinette asks Chat to teach her to fence because she wants to impress someone who fences at school (and chats the best guy for the job for obvious reasons)
•Adrien inspecting all of his fencing buddies; wondering which guy is at the center of Mari’s affections
•Chat doing his best but Mari not getting the hang of it as quickly as she hoped
•However it strengthening their friendship.
•Adrien is floored by Mari’s determination and stamina … And the cute (dramatic) expressions she makes when she gets something down
•Adrien making a list of traits Mari’s mystery crush has - “darn why are there so many blonds in his class, Piere is pretty cool? Is it Piere? Really? I mean… She could do a lot better.”
• Mari FINALLY getting good enough for her to actually practice on a person
•Chat going easy on her once and how it leads them to have this giant argument (because Mari doesn’t need anyone to go easy on her)
•Mari (and ladybug) not wanting to hang out with Chat
•The crush list dwindling down to two people but one of them is a red head and the other person is….
•Chat and Mari finally make amends, Chat realizes that he really cares for Mari and doesn’t want to go without her for that long ever again
•he is certain that he is her crush
• he doesn’t know exactly how he feels about her in that respect but he knows he can trust her and he wants to show her that
•Mari has been doing phenomenally with her lessons and Adrien thinks it’s time to reveal himself
•Mari laughing as Chat comes dressed in full fencing Gear, except for the protective mask. He asks her to get into her gear and then he’ll decide if it’s time for her to show off to Adrien.
•Mari turning beat red because darn
It he figured it out but oh well he was a smart kitten
•Chat pulling his fencing mask over his face quickly because holy crap he was right Marinette has a crush on him he can’t stop blushing and his heart is beating out a dangerous rhythm
•there is no doubt he has to show her now
•so they fight
•they’re both doing their best
•it looks like Chat is about to beat her and then suddenly he’s on his back and she’s poking him in the chest with a chuckle and a triumph “what’s the matter, kitten? Cat’s got your tongue?”
•Adrien calls off his transformation under his gear and flips back his masks with a smile like sunbeams, revealing that he’s always been Adrien Agreste. “Yeah, something like that.”

•and then she screams lol
