Aggron is surprisingly protective of its environment. If its mountain is ravaged by a landslide or a fire, this Pokémon will haul topsoil to the area, plant trees, and beautifully restore its own territory.
Because all the hate in the tag and our askboxes (hey anonbabes) lately is freakin’ hilarious and I love analyzing the shit out of things if they involve fictional characters and their fictional relationships SO LET’S GET TO IT.

Sir Ian had to act to these stands with the actors’ faces pasted on them. It’s hilarious. xD But at the same time, my heart also goes out to Sir Ian.
now this is neat
Now this is a professional.
“In order to shoot the dwarves and a large Gandalf, we couldn’t be in the same set. All I had for company was 13 photographs of the dwarves on top of stands with little lights – whoever’s talking flashes up. Pretending you’re with 13 other people when you’re on your own, it stretches your technical ability to the absolute limits. I cried, actually. I cried. Then I said out loud, ‘This is not why I became an actor’. Unfortunately the microphone was on and the whole studio heard.”
i found out at supanova at a panel that originally one of the setworkers put little Xs in coloured tape on the floor to depict where the characters would be from gandalfs point of view. she was telling him which colour meant which actor when he cut in with a ‘thank you very much my dear…but im colourblind.’
i would have died in embarrassment, and then died again laughing afterward.
They get stronger. Like more independent, more willed, more like they can handle themselves. It’s like a reflection of society in general. Over time, girls have gotten more independent and willed and stuff.
"If men’s kindnesses toward women were really only kindnesses, a man would be pleased if another man or woman offered these kindnesses to him. He would be pleased if another man or woman lit his cigarette or pulled out his chair for him. He would be pleased to derive his income, prestige, power and even his identity from his partner. He would take pride in another man’s or woman’s offer to walk him to his car at night. But in fact, “one of the very nasty things that can happen to a man is his being treated or seen as a woman, or womanlike."
I’m not a graphic designer, but here’s a mockup of how I’d like the Tumblr dashboard to look.
1.) Replace the words “liked your post” etc. with the actual like/reblog icons. There’s no purpose why that info should be shown twice to the user.
2.) Disregard the words “your video” “your audio” etc in the notification. That info is already highlighted to the user from the post/video icons on the far right.
3.) Remove the like/reblog icons from the user’s avatar so we can see their full picture.
4.) Make the font slightly brighter so it contrasts better with the dark background.
Aside from visually looking better, this would be so much easier to read, understand, and click on links. The like/reblog icons would even separate the username from the blog post title so that it wasn’t just a long string of jumbled text. This solves everything.
