Men want us to kiss them with beards, suck their dicks and kiss their balls with pubes, hug them with hairy arm pits, intwine our legs with hairy thighs, but if women have one hair on our body that isn’t on our head it’s disgusting

I see the old ”you disagree with me so I will now misgender you as an insult” chestnut a lot on Tumblr. And gee, what a strange coincidence, the gender they pick just happens to be the one that gets you the Bad End whenever you play Tumblrquest! I get declared “cis”, every time, to the point where I put a joke about it in my other blog’s sidebar. How mysterious!
Why, it’s almost as if you can have your trans card revoked at any time ‘round these parts, just for having a viewpoint other people dislike. That seems totally fair and I feel totally safe in an environment that allows this kind of thing to go on in the name of social justice.
(We can scrub and scrub but those little flecks of transphobia lurking in the dark cracks never seem to come all the way out, do they?)
[origingally posted as a reply to a dipstick, but then i realized the poster was not speaking to seebs and that the person they were talking to had their gender listed on their blog, but it happens, and it happens a lot, so I figured I’d still say it elsewhere.]
