to me it sounded like makoto was trying to insert his own romantic feelings and in a roundabout way asking haru to understand him. (it’s not as apparent in english but in japanese he said 「渚も怜も凛も 俺もっ皆がハルが好きだからっ(…) なんでわからないんだよ!?」 so the ‘minna’ kinda sounds like a last minute space filler..???)
but fujoshi goggles aside, their fight was an incredible moment and it means a lot to me, painful as it was.
I don’t support breast feeding in public places. Sorry not sorry. I just think there is a time and place for everything.
the time is when the baby is hungry
and the place is where the mother is able to feed the baby
everyone is always critiquing black motherhood and here we have a black woman not only graduating but giving her baby the nourishment it needs
i think there’s a time and place for your negativity
and it’s not now and it’s not on this picture
BOOM
people don’t realize that when they say parents shouldn’t breast feed in public they’re really saying “my discomfort and objectification of breasts is more important than your child’s health and survival.” all you fuckers who say this shit should be charged with neglect. you can’t forbid people from feeding their children just cause boobs give weak dudes boners.
Badass!
funny, there doesn’t seem to be a societal time and place for ads with barely clothed women, but there IS one for a mother using her beasts for their primary purpose of feeding her child? Nah, man. Too bad. Women are objectified for their bodies all the damn time, but god forbid they use their bodies to ensure the survival of a child. Nothing about a woman breastfeeding should be seen as uncomfortable. It’s natural, it’s normal, it’s the purpose of breasts.
But obviously girl knees are so much more psychologically problematic to a developing adolescent than watching adults wield and flex the ability to humiliate powerless children with the excuse that the knees of children are inherently sexually stimulating
